In response to COVID-19, walking into our practices looks a little different. Below you will find just a few of the precautions we’ve put in place:
- Masks are required to be worn by all employees, at all times, including providers
- Social distancing is being practiced amongst staff
- All patients and visitors are screened with temperature checks upon arrival
- All patients and visitors are required to wear face coverings
- All practices are following CDC guidelines for more frequent cleanings
- Patients are allowed one well visitor.
- All patients and visitors must wear a face mask while in the facility. Masks must be worn properly, ensuring that the nose and mouth are covered at all times. If an individual does not comply with this rule, they will be asked to leave the facility.
- All patients and visitors will have a temperature screening done prior to being allowed access into the facility. Visitors with a temperature of 100.4 or greater will be asked to refrain from entering.
- Visitors must be at least 16 years of age.
- We request that you continue to observe social distancing guidelines.
Thank you for your cooperation and understanding while we stay focused on providing high-quality care to our community.
